Hi all, I just got back from my holiday cruising the Scottish Isles and Norwegian fjords last night…our last port of call before Liverpool & Belfast was Lerwick, capital of The Shetland Isles. I thought therefore that this from Scottish composer John Lunn would be appropriate…as it’s the music he composed for the BBC series Shetland…
Beautiful music!! I may need to subscribe to Britbox so I can watch this series.
Has Henshall left the series? I saw a couple of shows recently. Not in them. I loved Tosh. The scenery was breathtaking.
So different from the BC Yukon border which is at the same latitude.
He has left the series, but it continued with a new detective.
Yes…he’s left the series..it’s not so good without him.
This sounds lovely.
It’s a great series too..
@Marionville I don't recall it listed here.
@Lilac-JadeCanada
You can find it on BritBox streaming service.
@Sierra4 I don't use those services.
Great TV. We have discussed how much I like it, although I need closed captions many times to understand. I am getting better though.
I visited a few of the places familiar to watchers of the series…Perez’s house, The Police Station and the streets winding around from the harbour…etc…
