I wonder. I try not to think that it the case, but I have had the same thought many times. Not only with, but often with the music of Scriabin I have thought the same. Not to say that one cannot have completely valid/legitimate reasons for not liking something. But you almost expect that people outside of this community cannot handle what is real and true. One would expect that to be less the case here in this community. I don't know? What I do know is that I usually get a better response to posts in the general music groups than the specialized ones.
