I need to release some steam...
So there's this woman I know, and she listens to this horrible conservative-christian radio station. They run the worst kinds of filth such as something called "adventures in odyssey".
In one show that really angered me there were KIDS talking about how it was okay for the ancient jews to slaughter whole groups of people because "god said so"...
Later I confronted her about it, and she said that this particular tribe of non-jews was, in her words... diseased.
Simply for worshiping some other god. Oh and the jews were to also slaughter innocent animals and level cities too...

Ask a "love and Peace" Christian about the Midianites, if they know about them they will scream Old Testament and refuse to talk, if they do, they will ask you what about them and then scream Old Testament and refuse to talk further.
Perhaps the worst war crime in the bible, a tribe sues for peace, God orders them to be circumcised, they comply and while "recovering" the Israelites God orders the wholesale slaughter of all the men, married women and boys and the enslavement of the virgin women and to take the young girls as sex slaves.
THAT is the god of peace and love, the father of a son who was tortured to death so that daddy could forgive people for the fact that thousands of years before a nuddy woman ate the wrong apple because a talking phallic symbol told her to.
How does any one still take this shit seriously as a moral guide line for life.
