Old Barge Arse Palmer would be hard pressed to tell his arse from his elbow even WITH a Map, 3 University Grads with Degrees in Human Anatomy and a Royal Edict from the Queen as well.
Shit, I heard a story that when he was a toddler his mother would give a screw-driver and sit him next a power socket with all the switches in the on position HOPING that he'd shocking himself and it would get his brain working, I guess he was even too dumb then to merely poke a screwdriver in to a power socket.
And is it any wonder that Palmer is great friends with the other well known second grade Clown of Politics, Pauline " Pantsdown" Hansen?
