This is pretty much a sign of proof the Russian interference is a bullshit scam to divert attention from the criminal acts of the entire DNC. This is a statement that misleads us towards thinking the Russian government interfered in our elections, somehow. At least hack wasn't mentioned. Then> "Foreign spending in elections is illegal, but Weintraub expressed concern about the possibility of foreign using dark to tip the scales in the 2018 midterms. " I wonder if that would be like all the Foundation donated to the Clinton's by various out of country interest exceeding to over million could be considered "dark " in which is widely viewed as " to " for special favors that often come after a win. Ask Obama how that works. Or any other politician.
