You're right on that issue. But the study in the article is debunking the claim of sonic sound waves having been used as a weapon against American diplomats in Cuba. Or maybe I should say, they are actually debunking the test done. Stating the test done at the University of Pennsylvania were done at a threshold in which anyone doing the test would have been found as impaired. They used a threshold measure outside the normal range experts would normally use. So it basically gives me the thought that the test were done with an agenda to create a false report that our government wanted towards an effort to use against the Cuban government. I personally wouldn't put it past the CIA to have been the one's to use the sonic sound waves to create a false flag attack to blame on the Cuban government.
