ISO and DSA bar Socialist Equality Party panel on the fight against fascism from upcoming Historical Materialism conference
While I occasionally post articles from Jacobin Magazine, it's occasional for a reason, much like the DSA (Democratic Socialist of America) they aways align themselves with the democratic party in the end. When it matters most they drop the socialist aspect of their message and go with the establishment agenda. Just like Bernie Sanders did who they tend to advocate for often. Which we'll come to find out with AOC and other newly elected DSA supported representatives. We'll hear a lot of lip service and get a lot of the same actions from them as we have seen over the years from the Paul's from the soapbox of the Libertarian party and folding to the republican agenda.
Actually have already seen. Their stolen NGD from the Green Party has been watered down to serve the interest of corporations and vastly limits it's effectiveness. Along with top democrats already voicing opposition, and those on the committees who will being looking over the programs are in the pockets of the very corporations involved with its agenda. As I have posted in relation to many Sludge articles. If any of the legislation spoken of manages to get passed it will nearly ineffective.
I'm becoming a big fan of the SEP (Socialist Equality Party). I only learned of Jacobin Magazine during the 2016 election cycle. Taken in by some post on facebook but quickly seen their tendencies to be that of the DSA. This article gives good reason for pause towards both.
