I don't do meditation but I do think about my day before getting ready for bed.. It's introspection... What did the wrong, what did I do right... What could I do better...

Great outlook. πŸ˜ƒπŸ‘
It’s about being your best self. πŸ˜ƒπŸ‘
Thank you for sharing that. I will look to analyze myself like that before bed. πŸ‘

@Wildgreens that's great! πŸ™‚

Meditation has helped me especially since I introduced mindfulness as a part of the routine.
Unfortunately, routine has become more prevalent especially since other options have become more limited. Absolutely, how can the environment not effect how we think and feel. And again the overuse of emotions can set us up for losing control. Of course our thoughts can determine being sick or being well and I have become in touch with this fact. Adding positive ideas have also become a part of my meditation routine. Still it can be really hard to make a change once someone has gotten in a habit or rut of thinking one way or another. Sometime luck is not just something that happen willy-nilly.
Thank you for this.

Meditation is something new for me.
It’s been helpful. It’s definitely a new process for me.

@Wildgreens There are many different techniques. I tried 3 and combined what seemed to work for me. The mindfulness part was important for me.
