I promised you a recipe. This was found on Pinterest and there are many variations. Here is my version. Also, I substitute a covered baking dish for the Dutch oven. Enjoy!

No Knead Vegan Dutch Oven Crusty Bread

3 cups flour
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon yeast
1 1/2 cups water

In a large bowl, mix together the flour, salt, and yeast. Add the water and stir until a soft and sticky dough forms. Cover and let rest 12-18 hours. Please note, the less you handle this dough the better, more air pockets will form. After the dough has rested, preheat the oven to 450 with a dutch oven inside. When the oven has heated, heavily flour your hands and your work surface and shape the dough into a ball. At this point, I place the dough on parchment paper for ease in handling. At this point, I will give it a sprinkling of course sea salt. Place the ball of dough into the preheated dutch oven, parchment paper, and all, cover, and return it to the oven. Bake 30 minutes, then remove the lid and bake an additional 8-15+ minutes more, depending on desired crispness or until golden brown. I will sometimes undercook loaves so they can be thrown in the oven later. If you want to add other ingredients such as garlic, rosemary, kalamata olives or jalapenos, do it in the dry stage only. Instead of butter, serve with olive oil dipping oils. Good luck and enjoy!

looks lovely and well staged! I mostly don't bake anymore. Living alone stuff goes bad too fast for me to get it all eaten up.
