Feeling under the weather so am making my tomato soup, 1 can crushed tomatoes, green lentils, onion, garlic, ginger, chilli, celery, carrot, green beans, cabbage, sweet potato and cauliflower, spinach to be added when it is cooked. It is cooking in the slow cooker and the house smells great.
Also making a pumpkin soup which is simpler, pumpkin, onion, celery, garlic, potato, sweet potato and carrot. Bubbling away in the next slow cooker, when it is ready it will be pureed and I will add coconut cream and coriander.
Lunch for next week all sorted.

You are making me hungry πŸ˜‹
You forgot rosemary, clove and turmeric those are great antivirals and help boost immune system. Good thing that you put ginger and garlic those are also great antivirals. Wish you great healing. πŸ’š
I make myself an immunity/antiviral tea everyday with
clove
turmeric
cumin
oregano
black pepper
thyme
lemon
rosemary
ginger
garlic
with agave nectar for taste

Not a fan of tumeric, it had a lot of black pepper in it as I am a fan of that.

Also we don’t get collard greens in the uk, would any greens be ok?

@girlwithsmiles honesty I have never had greens in mine. Mine is more spicy with peppers πŸ˜ŠπŸŽ‚
