I discovered a great restaurant in Portland, OR this week. I don’t get there very often so I don’t have many opportunities to explore. Café Gertrude states on their menu that all items are vegan by default and some menu items can be substituted for meat. What an awesome place to take a date that might not share the same dietary restrictions.
I recommend the balsamic glazed roasted cauliflower appetizer...I’m sure everything else on the menu is equally mind-blowing.
