A veggie here is someone who eats veggie food and fish.
A vegan eats vegan food and dosnt walk the walk, only talks the talk.
I have many friends here who are vegans and host vegan cooking workshops so get to eat good although I am none of the above as I don't do labels.
One group here that should be mentioned are the raw food people(veggie) not the raw meat eaters.
I am blessed with so much organic fruit and veg that its hard not to eat anything else.
I got from my friend today some sweet potato tortilla for lunch tomorrow and have been told to drop bye tomorrow to pick up some Rosti (Swiss grated potato) which cooks up a treat.
