I'm a aficionado if you will of character actors . You know the faces that show up in TV's and movies over and over again. You see those faces and you go I should know that person. To me they're always the real backbone of the entertainment industry. So from time to time I'm going to pay tribute to some of my favorite character actors on here. The first one was a gentleman named Phil Leeds. During the seventies and eighties and even before then, you can see him on a whole Litany of TV shows and movies. These included Night Court, Barney Miller, Roseanne, Wings, Murphy Brown, and in the movies ghost, and Rosemary's Baby. IMBD gives him over 200 credited roles in movies and television over his career. He was a very funny man.
