Perhaps loved by some, but there are intelligent people in the United States, too, who are terrified of the damage he is causing. I hate that his actions serve to further perpetuate the stereotype that "Americans are loud, obnoxious, boisterous stupid...[insert other adjectives that fit the stereotype, here)". It is just that. A stereotypical perception. I have never liked him, and even though I live in a conservative area, I have no difficulty finding people who agree with me that he is a moronic narcissistic asshole, at best.
Trump is a symptom of one of the factions of extremism in our country. On the other side, they are just as extreme. I wish more people would start gravitating towards the middle
