Oh, that photo of that slab of meat makes me think of a lovely cow galloping in a field.

@McVinegar Costco. 2 full racks halves. Local favorite sweet brown sugar, apple sauce, hoisin sauce.

@Lukian Ok, Miss Piggy then.

@McVinegar want me to pm my recipe?... it's a long slow 2 part cooking process: rub, marinate overnight, slow oven cook 3 hrs then finish at higher temp in oven or grill by applying sweet sticky sauce.
