What's your favorite BBQ main course, plus one side?
I love pork shoulder Carolina style, and Collard greens ( I prefer the greens cooked by someone else, because they take forever, like you can take a nap and come back later and they're still not done forever.)

Baby back ribs (my own) and -- my favorite side would be mac and cheese. But, if I could have only one side, I might choose the healthier collards (my own).
