Had my 2 tomato plants out near the garden, but something (probably deer) has been eating the tops off (got my roses too), so decided to bring them up on the deck for safe keeping...they're doing better and one has 2 tomatos on it already! Hoping to get them transplanted this weekend and add tomato cages...?

A bit of cayenne pepper might help...

To keep the deer away or help them produce more??

@Free_2B_Me Keeps all kinds of bugs and deer away plus makes the soil better

Looks amazing and I'm not even into fresh tomatoes!

I had a couple of plants a few years back, but they couldn't produce enough for me to eat!?

Beautiful yard and garden. We have five tomato plants that are growing like crazy right now as well as watermelon, honeydew, casaba, and cantaloupe. I fear the melons may take over the entire back yard at the rate they are growing.

I really wanted to get my garden (food garden) up and running this year, but it didn't happen. Gonna have to stick with container gardening for now!
