Good grief! You know you're a policy-wonk, when you're doing this: I was in the midst of a dream about the town council (larger town-not A) committee meeting and listening to the mayor say, "Well how bad could it be?" As the previous town planner had quit recently, and HIS predecessor had been FIRED, I was quite interested to hear what the other members were going to say, esp. the current town planner! But then, darn it, I awoke!
