Sounds like the McGraths do not have the depth of intellect to actually understand what Dawkins was postulating in his arguments in The God Delusion, and by trying to rebut certain points they only managed to show their inability to understand the complex arguments he was making. By trying to prove how wrong Dawkins was they only highlighted the mass of contradictions in Leviticus. The whole of the old testament is risible and how any intelligent person can actually believe it, and not just believe it, but believe it implicitly word for word as evangelicals do is beyond my comprehension. Needless to say The Dawkins Delusion will not be joining the books on my shelf.
