Sorry but this strikes me as a somewhat disorganized review of the problem domain.

Division of labor and responsibility is a reality of living in a larger society. There's no inherent problem with participating in hierarchies or other cooperative arrangements; the problems arise when there are enough insincere / self-serving actors in the mix. This is why checks and balances exist and are constantly debated and refined. It's why we try to avoid concentrations of power. But the fact remains there are a lot of things that can only be done at the level of society and require some sort of cooperative arrangement and different individuals and groups giving up some preferences for the good of the whole.

Wars are caused by a lot of factors of which religion is both contributing to and being manipulated into -- as well as other players. It's difficult to quantify the culpability of religion in warfare and I think it tends to be overrated in that regard. The biggest wars (WW1 and 2) had religious and quasi-religious elements in play but were mostly an attempt by fascistic political groups to gain power on a world scale. It's no more right to lay that at the feet of religion exclusively than it is for theists to blame Stalinism or similar regimes on atheism.

I agree though that you cannot serve others unless you take care of yourself first, and have some sort of abundance out of which to give. These are simple pragmatic priorities.
