I just got to thinking in solitude as I do from time to time and it has occurred to me something just so obvious to me that I just passed off as trivial knowledge and understanding which was an observation I noticed towards the occult and the differences of perspective of the atheist and the thiest ; on one hand the thiest states in their “holy” book that the occult is “detestable unto god” and it reads to not let a Witch ,sorcerer and anyone who practices the occult to live and a known example of this is the atrocity of the Salem witch trials in Boston ; and on the other hand is the Atheist perspective of the occult which is to say is more of a reasonable and humanistic perspective in my opinion of Where is the evidence that the supernatural even exists “ here is the evidence why I don’t think it exists” and let’s you decide . Though there is a slight parallel of the two the differences are night and day being one contradicts itself by stating “thou shalt not kill” and in another part of their book it reads “thou shalt not permit a witch to live “ which in the very definition is evil; and the other is humanistic and compassion towards every walk of life .

The old testament has a lot of killing in it. If you child is disobedient take him out and stone him to death is just one more example.
