I was talking with a coworker who's evangelical Christian last weekend and he asked me why I no longer believe in God, I told him I was indoctrinated at a very young age and the question what I believed until I was much older, and that upon my own studying and investigation I had no good reason to believe in something or someone one that can't be detected or demonstrated and I cared whether what I believe was true. He said I must have lost "faith" and etc. I said faith is not a reliable pathway to truth, faith is believing in something without good reason. I told him what position could I not believe based on faith? And he just looked at me dumbfounded
