Soon I get my town BACK from the walking dead, aka tourists here for the Highlands Fest! I might have mentioned that these folks are rude, crude, and socially unacceptable in an earlier post. They are also exceptionally clueless and going around local businesses asking questions like THIS: Does your iced tea contain ice? (Imagine employees facepalming....) Next year I'm so having a t-shirt made that reads LOCAL SO DGAF!

I work in a touristy area and this time of year really does test my, already lacking patience and faith in humanity. I apologize for moving this into the area of politics, but I will anyway (just because it will give one an indication of the type of tourists we get) but they are mostly trump supporters from Arizonie....urgh! They really do ask the stupidest of questions!
