I just watched a Robert Reich video where he states that we are just six states short of having a constitutional convention called. The Koch Brothers are pushing for it. Everything from Roe v Wade to gay marriage rights could be overturned. We are closer to a theocracy than you think.

She has been following the Koch brothers for a while and has just written a book. In it she says the same thing you are indicating with the constitutional convention. She said the first indications would be to attack the 17th Amendment which allows for an election of state senators. In the past they were appointed by the state legislature. This is some truly scary shit.

The Equal Rights for Women Amendment has been floating around for DECADES. Not worried about this...lots of other stuff, intensely worried, but not this.

With all the attention on the trumper they are getting set to rewrite the constitution in a way to take away our rights forever. No one is paying attention to the hen house and we are about to loose these hens forever. I have been writing letter to my congress people and I am averaging 15 letters a day . Five each going to my senators and representative. We need more action like this to keep attention on the issues. Please any of you who are reading this please contact those in Congress and make known your views.
