Things aren't really all that much different for human food. Processed foods are not healthy, for you or your pet.

I have recently switched to the keto way of eating, once I reach my health goal will switch to more paleo, seriously thinking I need to do the same for my pups. I want them to be healthier also!

Aldi makes their own brand with Excellent ingredients for Cheap! BTW Dogs need no more carbs than they would get in the intestines of their kills (usually plant-eating animals, from mice on up).
Fat is their main energy/repair source, plus protein.
