People who edit insults out of comments threads with you... Does that piss anyone else off, or is it just me? I mean, if you're gonna start slinging shit, don't try to wipe your hands when you get called out.

Sometimes people are emotional and may type in something they don't really mean. they cool off and decide they feel bad about it. thats human nature.

I tend to agree with you. I've gotten heated and said shit I shouldn't, but i leave it and my apology up for the world to see. IF I felt a need to delete something because of content, I'd acknowledge it in another post that people following could understand any reponses to it.
Unless I'm totally right, then I don't post an apology

in response to this, it usually happens to me when I am drinking and encounter a particularly bad piece of reasoning. In my crowd, even among friends, slanderous language is a common part of debate, it's no always meant in vitriol I just kind of forget that people don't talk to each other that way generally.

@GreatNani right. not an excuse, not a valid reason, and I never try to "defend it" once i realize I fucked up. just a thing that happens, that I know I need to work on.
If someone says something smart, l let them know. If someone says something stupid. I let them know. I see no real difference. ☺
