Classic example is bush after 9/11. Everytime the gop needed to push their agenda bush would whip out the terrorist fear and rile 'em up.
The gop has perfected this approach. The dems refuse to use.
Sadly those most influenced but the fear factor are the ones least likely to watch this damn video.

I wish everyone in America would watch this.

There is nothing new in politicians creating fear in us, and then telling us we need to elect them so they can protect us from that fear! It is the oldest trick in the book!
