Isn't it time we come right out and say it?

[facebook.com]

We know that prayer doesn't work. Our law enforcement and courts are regularly proceeding with arrests and prosecutions based on the knowledge that prayer doesn't work. Why can't we, in an official capacity, come right out with it; We know that prayer doesn't do anything, and as a society, we already don't tolerate people pretending that it's a substitute for health care. Yet people's children keep dying because somebody keeps telling them to pray, pray, pray

People can pray all they want. They still have to care for the kids and we do have laws about that.
