Saw Spike Lee's new movie Blackkklansman last night. It made me very sad and then as it sunk in, angry. We had made at least incremental progress towards racial equality by the mid-70s but have since given it all away. I've always thought that if I were black, I would be a radical, because I would not have accepted only incremental progress. Now, it has to be especially hard. I highly recommend the movie.
