Prayer, I just stand, I don’t bow my head and I don’t say anything.

Grace, I hold hands if others are, I don’t bow my head and I keep silent.

We need to be respectful just Like we want believers to be respectful of our beliefs.

I'm an Atheist ... not an Anti-theist. I accept other peoples differences.

I just am quiet and look up in the middle of the prayer to see who else is an atheist (as indicated by them looking around also with the eye roll)

It's a good time to check your shoes to see if they are dirty. So bow your head and check out your shoes.

I look around to see if there are any other non-believers who aren't going along either. I refuse to stand and say the pledge of allegiance which is way more noticeable. With their heads bowed and praying they never notice I'm not on the team.

I deal with this a lot at my job. Public meetings always start with a prayer and a recitation of the pledge. I am not a jerk, but I also don't bow my head. I don't say anything, I just subtly look around and play the "spot the fellow non-believer." Haven't found one yet.

i would shoot for just not being rude its easy enough however it would have to go both ways no preachy comments directed either way

I keep silent! I don't bow to anyone or thing, except the person I'll propose to or at least put a smile on their face.
