We went to the farmers market today, which locally is tiny. But (JOY OF JOYS) the blackberries were perfect, there were still a few trays of ripe strawberries and the corn was amazing. By next week the peaches will be ripe. Even if we still have smoke, summer can be pretty darned wonderful.
