Damn! I always like having a drink or several, but I’m stuck between two friends that are in a pissing match, with alcohol fueling their unfiltered mouths, this just never ends well. If you can’t just be a happy stupid drunk then for fucks sake don’t drink.
This has been a public service announcement. ?

Sounds like alcohol is not the best choice to have a good time with. One can have fun minus the booze.

I don’t have the problem. I rarely drink more than....well I don’t know I don’t count em. I have learned it like so many things, to have and maintain boundaries. This was coworkers who weren’t drinking together, but communicating while inebriated. Normally I could give two shits, but this affects me.

@Tony80223 It's not good being stuck in the middle of coworkers, and then drinking at that. I would have bailed out of it and just left them alone. You don't need that kind of shit.

And by extension , if you're not happy , sitting between two drunks having a pissing match , don't waste your time going to bars or homes and getting drunk .

I live in bars. Only a small percentage of people who drink turn into assholes. It ain't the place, it is the person.

@Cast1es I know plenty of assholes who don't drink. It is the individual.
