Those of us who favor critical thinking and arguments based on scientific evidence should avoid spreading the following common myths regarding religion :
- religious belief is a mental disorder
- religions were invented by priests "to control the masses"
- nonreligious people are more moral (because they act morally without expecting any rewards)
- religions are more intolerant and divisive than secular ideologies
- religions are the top cause of violence in history
- Hitler's, Stalin's and Mao's atrocities were motivated by religion

When one continues to make claims about the non-existence of the evidence of a correlation between religiosity and mental disorders, one is claiming to have all-inclusive knowledge of the subject.
Here is an article on this very issue, as an example. I wonder how this will be explained away:

Many of the the things listed here shouldnt be classified as 'myth' There is no reason to stop spreading facts.

actually, you are the one making the extraordinary claim, its on you to provide proof, not I.
I.e,
'Here is proof that religion was not created to control the masses'
or
'Here is an example of why Religious people are morally superior to non religious folks.'
Your 3rd point might be verifiable empirically, if we set some standards what can be considered moral behavior and compare the groups with each other. So I have a hard time calling this a myth. I don't think this has been thoroughly studied yet, so it might turn out to be true. The same goes with your 4th point.

We have absolutely no idea why religions were created.
So that religion was created by priests to control the masses is just as valid an explanation as any other. It could be just as true as any other explanation, and probably more true than most.
Good list otherwise imo though.
