I never thought about it like that. Which is correct for free thinking people.

Except kids eventually figure out that it's just mom and dad at some point... and then never stop to reflect that it was the hard work of real people they know who made all their wishes come true on xmas morning... which makes it all just a little bit sadder in my opinion

I usually assert God is Santa Clause for those adults that never grew up.

My dad always said it was like the tooth fairy but Santa is probably a more apt comparison.
