Assuming you mean purely for an adult audience, definitely Disenchanted and Bojack Horseman. Personally, I also liked Big Mouth, but it's super raunchy and definitely not for the faint of heart lol

If you're looking for something more family oriented for children, Dinotrux and Harvey Street Kids are pretty good. Even as a 21-year-old, I actually watch them by myself; I just find that they have a certain charm and remind me of stuff I watched as a kid.

As for Amazon Prime, a good animated show for families is Danger & Eggs. I don't know many adult animated shows for Prime that are originals.
