Manafort is the highest ranking campaign official so far and he is the link between, Trump and Russia, the campaign and Russia, and Pence and Trump. He knows he has more to offer than anyone to flip yet. This is the equivelent of the consiere of a mob family rolling over. It could be huge.

All he can use is evidence against trump and the people at the russia meeting that he was at. The media forgets he was there and there is no way that trump didnt know about the meeting and what was to happen
