I started a group called "Responsible Gun Control"
This time I'm just focusing on gun violence and mass shootings. Basically stop innocent people from dying anyway possible.

I mentioned a few factors that have and continue to contribute to the fall of our society, but you didn't agree with any of them. Still waiting to hear what you propose we do, excluding more gun control legislation.

Yesterday's mass shooting was in a small town very near where grew up.

Oh FFS.
We already have responsible gun control. I haven't bought a gun in the past decade where I didn't have to fill out paperwork and have a background check AND a mandatory waiting period.
All my Concealed Carry Licenses for the past 10+ years have required finger-printing and an FBI background check.

What you need to focus on is IRRESPONSIBLE parenting.
Yes, the idiots who start throwing pharmaceuticals at their children instead of getting them involved in sports, arts...or even Boy Scouts/Girl Scouts ...etc. but, instead, stick them in front of a TV/video game, ignore them, and then throw drugs at them when they "act up". Parents WANT zombies who stare at screens. But all those drugs on developing brains has serious consequences --- from school shootings to kids still living at home at 22 with no job and no prospects.

You know why kids in my generation didn't have "ADHD" and all those invented behaviour problems? Because we were doing barn chores at 4:30 am before catching a school bus at 7 am...then also doing chores in the evening after school before homework. We were too damn physically exhausted to have ADHD and we were grateful to sit down and do our homework.

Now you have whole generation of obese, inactive kids who are ill-socialized, over-medicated, and whose inattentive and selfish parents stare at screens instead of interacting with their kids.

80% of high school seniors can't pass a military entrance physical. That should tell you what is wrong with 80% of kids today.
The are over-diagnosed, over-medicated and have no sense of work ethic. They are lazy and entitled.
They have no guidelines or real parenting support to become fully functioning, responsible adults/citizens.

It's NOT guns.
It's BAD, LAZY, IRRESPONSIBLE parenting.

You can keep trying to fix a symptom...but until you focus on the CAUSE, nothing will change.

It's time to start requiring minimum education and income levels to be parents.
It's time we start requiring humans to pass multiple psychological and physical evaluations before being allowed to breed.
We need responsible breeding-control -- and strict laws about who can have children and be allowed to raise children.
If someone can't even pass the background check or other evaluations required to adopt a child, they sure as hell shouldn't be allowed to breed their own.
It's time to stop the insanity of humans breeding without regulation.
It's time for responsible Human-Breeding control and regulations.

LMAO! It's like this is tight out of The Onion.

Hooray, truth be told there. I mentioned to Mike about poor parenting being a key factor in why our society is messed up, but he babbled some excuse and didn't take anything I mentioned seriously.

@SpikeTalon He must be a mindless breeder.
