Autumn challenge... I never thought facts didn't matter. I grew up questioning. Facts mattered. Why facts don't matter...

Google why facts don't matter. Read the studies. Realize we all need to examine facts and try to remove our "confirmation bias". Perhaps never in the history of the US have facts mattered less....or more.

Facts, truth, evidence should all matter. As in "1984" the chipping away of the meaning of words is allowing everything to be expressed as opinion. Alternative facts and evidence and "his or her truth." The White House has become the equivalent of the "Ministry of truth" in the book, constantly being rewritten by this administration.
