I am trying to understand the battle around Judge Kavanaugh. I feel his frustration,but does it have to be him only in that position? Will America cease to exist if Judge Kavanaugh is rejected by many people thus not approved? Will his approval solve the giant problems America is facing?What's the biggest picture in all of these?

One should also ask about the laws relating to rape and violence against women.
Personally I feel that Kavanaugh is being put there so the repubs can take over and put trump in place to forward their cause. On should examine their cause to see it for what it is. Thoughts.

yeah and that's the reason why the dems don't want him on the court to forward their cause. the dems pulled the nuclear option for 51 votes tho pass. what goes around comes around
Trump chooses people with criminal minds for his cabinet, and pro-business judges. If you think he will be good for the country, you must be one of the super rich or conned by them. He will not represent the average citizen with his decisions. He says the EPA climate authority is dangerous; among other climate deniers, he should be tried in the world court for crimes against humanity.

I don't approve or disapprove him. I simply put out my opinion, it's just an opinion.
if you think the Dems are the owners of nobility and morality, your in fantasy land. political parties and the government itself is run by "PEOPLE" and we all know what "people" in power are capable of saying and doing..Don't we .... that's why I don't understand the big government narrative...when it comes to the "political narrative" or "you"...well....you best not get in their way..as chucky schumer says, they'll investigate you 6 ways from sunday...
I'm not a climate change denier. the climate has changed throughout the history of the earth. the ice age happened long before industrialization. but if trump was president during that time, he would have caused it I suppose. I don't deny either that the human population is at plague proportions it seems. but what do ya do ! the population is going to increase not decrease until the something happens either naturally or man made....if the infrastructure of society ever breaksdown...May Atheists help us all....
That's a good theory...maybe. this theory is based on disentagling sexuality and love...don't have that kind of faith in man..sorry..sounds like fantasy to me. no.....more like the population control is going to be regulated through technology and government. that sounds like a scary movie to me...
either way...11 billion people is not natural and can only be sustained with technology and infrastructure...without that you have no theory.....only catastrophic death.
He was picked by Trump to protect him from being investigated while in office. McConnell warned against picking Kavanaugh, as he knew he would be difficult to confirm. McConnell likely knows more about his background than us, so there is that. While none of the left were excited to have Gorsuch confirmed, he did not elicit quite this much controversy. Gotta wonder why...

The reason why the Dems are raising hell about Kavanaugh is because his nomination tips the balance in the high court. Gorsuch did not.. remember the Dems said they would oppose the nomination and they didn't even know who the pick was going to be.. also the Dems pulled the nuclear option to pass a vote to 51 votes. coming around, and as far as trumps investigation by the special counsel... I'm beginning to Yawn it's been so long now. all convictions so far has to do with the defendants themselves not the "Russian collusion " narrative... I'm waiting .......
Well, according to Kavanaugh the country will "reap the whirlwind" if he is not elected.
Personally I think he's caught in the middle of two angry parties.
The right is crying foul at everything, and the rumors from the left is: getting Kavanaugh into office is the reason so many republicans support Trump. The longterm plan is to change a couple of laws, like abortion and women's rights in general, which some people seem to believe will solve everything.
It sounds paranoid but the political climate is changing. Politicians are no longer ashamed to try to push things though by force without due process and Kavanaugh seems to be the piece that will allow them to take the next step from there.
Whatever happens in the next week, half the country is going to be furious.
