Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.Thats why there are two houses in the legislature. One house (House of Representatives) is based on state population. While the Senate maintains a maximum of two people per state. There was an purposeful intent for establishing the two houses to assure both the landed gentry had input, as well as the general public as well.
