My father oft quoted FDR. My Pop was born and lived through FDR's Presidency, even serving in WWII. When my Dad passed, my oldest son said, "If Pop-Pop had a god it was FDR."

FDR was a great President whose legacies have been under attack for a while now; and it is only getting worse.

Yep, that's the explicit goal of the extremely well-funded libertarians and the GOP.
