Sigh. So. I've been mopey and morose, sad and sullen. I've been stressed and irritable for the last two, maybe three weeks. Self pity is a shitty thing, but sometimes you have to work through it. Today, I felt crappy because my pants are too big and my tops are too small. On the drive to work, it rained like a mofo because another hurricane is coming. But. Just a minute ago, I've decided to shift gears and try to be more positive. So, upshifted the brain (I had misstyped "upshitted" and just had a laughing fit about that) and no more Debbie Downer.

Yeah. I'm a moody thing. Pity the soul who lives with me for I am a handful...

Some of my best laughs are at myself. I live purely to entertain myself. 😀 Laughing is the best antidote to the blues.

I hate those periods...
Hopefully its your biorythms and they will upswing.
Go to Harem pants online and buy yoursrlf some yoga clothes. That may help pick up your spirits.. and their clothing is really comfortable and fits well... 😉
