Another fact more children died or suffered severe consequences from the disease than vaccination I am old enough to remember polio epidemic was truly scary until vaccination was made available iron lungs were in widespread use from polio kids paralysed from neck down and needed them to breathe
Anybody or any business can be sued, despite signedwaivers, signs, etc. IF they do something wrong!

And FYI there has only been one actual study done..on one vaccine which was found to be riddled with false and manipulated data..
They are 100% lying about vaccines to make people sick and help depopulate the masses

It has long been the intention of oligarchs (here used to generally denote rich people who use their wealth to wield power) to use externalize costs and internalize profits, via corporations which diffuses their responsibility for the safety of theri products.
Any step taken to make profits take priority over the well beign and safety of people is a step towards Fascism. Mussolini, the father of Fascism defined it as the merging of corporate and state (government) interests. That basically means as and end result, under Fascism, the rich and powerful are not to be held accountable for their actions.

Uuummm. You can sue anyone or any entity, even if you personally have signed a waiver (for example, when going white-water rafting) IF they have done something wrong.
So, apparently they have done nothing wrong. Unless you enjoy the death rate from childhood diseases circa 1800?

Wrong..look it up for yourself..vaccine makers have zero liability..meaning you can not sue them even if it's 100% proved with evidence the vaccines caused death or injury
@Ravenwolfcasey There is No such proof, never has been. And I repeat no matter what, wrongdoing damages can & always have been, recoverable in courts...that's what civil courts are for!

The act was passed during the Reagan administration to ensure that an adequate amount of vaccines be on hand for the American people.
It's bullshit that you can't sue someone. Hell I read a story once where someone spit on a sidewalk in NYC and got sued! That being said...

Repealing the act is not a good idea. ANY pharmaceutical has some degree of risk, even minuscule like vaccines. The benefits are overwhelming. The act provides just compensation in those sad cases where there is harm.
I am sure it could be improved, but repeal? Bad idea.

That is a completely inaccurate description of the act. The act is multi-faceted. All adverse reactions to a vaccination must be reported to the CDC. A form with potential risk, side effects that we fill out and sign. There’s also a compensation program for vaccination related claims.

Yeah a family who's son was killed by a vaccine..( it was proven) it took them 5 years in vaccine court..to finally be heard..and rewarded a measly 250 grand...
Such an American comment. You base your whole belief on one story that you heard of. How much money would make you feel good? Are you aware that citizens in countries with socialized medicine don’t sue thier governments.
What do you say to the 80,000 Americans including 172 children that died last year from flu alone.
