If they did that more often it would put a stop to a lot of those frivolous lawsuits.

That is disgraceful.

Whats disgraceful? The fact that Stormy signed a legal NDA, accepted money, then broke the agreement? Yes - that is disgraceful.

@gater Trump's lawyer Charles Harden has argued that the NDA, which was left unsigned, isn't valid. Which is good news for the president's fixer, Michael Cohen, who may have been the one to break the NDA when he disclosed to The New York Times that he personally paid her to stay quiet about the 2006 affair.

@AlPastor Wrong - it was signed by Trumps lawyer making it completely legal, and money was exchanged. She broke the legal contract.

@gater

"President Donald Trump does not believe porn actress Stormy Daniels' hush-money deal, which his former personal lawyer said was done to influence the 2016 presidential election, is valid and will not carry out threats to sue her for breaking the agreement by discussing details of their alleged affair, Trump's attorney said in a court filing Saturday."

"Stormy Daniels reportedly believes recent comments by President Trump's lawyer open the way for her to discuss publicly her alleged affair with Trump.

A manager for Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, told The Associated Press on Wednesday that Daniels believes Michael Cohen, the president's personal lawyer, violated a 2016 nondisclosure agreement by telling The New York Times that he personally paid her to stay quiet about the 2006 affair."

@AlPastor You're grasping at straws - the Judge made his ruling - do you know more than him??

@gater We were just talking specifically about the NDA, now you're talking about the judge in the recent separate defamation lawsuit ruling regarding a tweet by your messiah on April 18th.

@AlPastor No - where do you get that?

@gater The whole conversation we were having was specifically about the NDA.

All I can say is that justice in the US stinks. If you have money you can get away with murder and you do.
