Anything that asks people to consciously answer is going to be biased. Harvard has a series of tests of implicit bias that can't be faked because it's based on reaction time. Anyone can take them -- they're on a series of topic -- race, gender, age, religion, etc. The results can be quite surprising.

That's what this test measured. Reaction time to link positive or negative reactions to folks of different races.
