I am expecting a man to come to the house at 5 to buy a violin. This is the 3rd time he scheduled to come and he blew me off twice. If he blows me off tonight, I will mark it "sold" and ignore him.

Don't you hate it when people say they will do something and then never follow through?

No, don't mark it as sold if he doesn't turn up. Tell him that it is still available but you will not sell to him as he is unreliable.
