Why is it that whenever I get lonely, my ex (that I left for good reasons) sends me an "I miss you" text. 😠😡

Almost a symbiotic relationship,he's attuned to your moods,wants and desires,knowing when being lonely will happen to you.

Nah, that's why he's an ex

Don't do it! My ex invited me to dinner last June while her live in creep was in the hospital. I didn't just say no... I said Hell No!!?

Probably wise

@DoctoralZombie Definitely wise?

It's probably because deep down at the level of the genes, you are crying out to each other.

I am destined to be alone then??

I'm a firm believer that most of us create our own loneliness. We don't want who's available, hanging on lonely for the unlikely. But that's not to criticise your situation where you know best in this case which is preferable.

@brentan I think many of us have an ex that would be terrible to rekindle a relationship with. They always show back up at the worst time lol

@DoctoralZombie You're right. I was playing with two different ideas in my head that should have stayed separate.

If my ex ever misses me, it will only be because she threw something that's too heavy for her.

Definetly not telling you how to live but I try reminding myself that they're an 'ex' for a reason. Good luck!

Remind away! I appreciate you!

@DoctoralZombie Thanks!
