A friend of mine passed away yesterday and I felt the need to just write something.. although succinct to what I had in my head...here is the gist of it
A friend is a friend...no matter what
One who's door is open and never shut
A friend who's always dear to your heart
Who understands though far apart
A friend is someone who does not judge
Who knows better...to not hold a grudge
A friend who's there through the ups and downs
Who's always a joy to have around
A friend is the one who will always know
Who can reach inside and touch your soul
A friend is a friend...no matter what
