Ok, so this is based on a movie plot, not an original idea (for those who care the movie is "Snowpiercer" ).
Say Earth entered another ice age, and in the transition point from cold but able to sustain current life and the cold that nearly instantaneously would freeze a human being, you boarded a passenger train, who's tracks spanned the entire globe. While in transit the world around this train was frozen to the point of apocalyptic proportions, and that to beat of your knowledge no human life remained around this train (the train was engineered for this apocalyptic scenario). You being amongst the hundreds of coach class passengers were confined to the rear cargo carts of the train, uncomfortable cramped, no long term supplies, just locked away and completely disregarded. I think it was approximately 6 months they were locked in the rear before anyone contacted them.
The question I have is, in that given scenario, would you resort to cannibalism, or would you choose to perish and be the victim of cannibalism? And should you resort to it, would you be willing to kill another for the purpose of nourishment? Or would you chance waiting for others to pass before yourself before you would proceed?
Good question, baby back bitch ribs would be my specialty. But if you're going to eat somebody you have to go full on Hannibal on their ass. Gotta bust out the good china and crystal cups. Make the dinning experience more of a delicacy feel.
