I've thought about that too. It makes me all warm and fuzzy inside. Not their (the right wing's) reactions, but in knowing we have a return to sanity.

This is not thinking too far down the road at all. the moment Tramp fired Sessions, the alarm clock rang. This is not over hype , this is Watergate over again on steroids. The president must protect Jarred and Ivanka and the indictments are ready for them. Manaford has told it all, Mike Cohen has completely flipped and now telling the truth., Pres Tramp, knows the shit is now flying towards the fan, He cannot escape this without ridding himself of the investigation. This is factually true. And Sessions , as all well know, lied three times under oath regarding his connections with Russia. IF both are too resign, better than impeachment such as Nixon opted for, the speaker of the house is next in line for the office of president, That is constitutional and no one can play with that.

If you impeach Trump, you will end up with greater divisions and more hate. Conspiracy theorists will band together and accuse the left of spreading lies and falsehoods.
There may well be demonstrations and counter demonstrations and the chaos that will ensue may become violent and possibly widespread.

In my humble opinion as a foreigner, I reckon your best solution is to mobilise and vote him out in 2 years.

I do accept that I could be wrong, but that's just my two penn'orth as an outsider looking in. (My politics are further left than most Americans believe possible by the way)
